Title：SUMO-2-conjugated ARC fusion protein transduction provided multimodel neuroprotection against ischemic stress

Doctor of Medicine, Humboldt University, Free University, Germany, Senior Research Fellow, Berlin Brain Stroke Research Center. He used to be the vice chairman of the Sino-German Association for Life Science and Technology. He is currently a member of the Sino-German Association of Molecular Medicine and Molecular Pharmacy, and an expert in the evaluation of outstanding foreign students in China. He has published more than 30 articles in famous magazines at home and abroad, and won an international patent entitled ``Use of ARC for inhibiting cell death during liver failure``, patent number: PCT Patent 2011/032981, another application is under application. In recent years, the major and key projects have been hosted: 1) The National Natural Science Foundation of Germany: The main mechanism of p27 protein treatment for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 2) Major projects of the German National Natural Science Foundation of China: The role of ARC protein in the treatment of liver failure; 3) National Natural Science Foundation of Germany: ARC protein treatment of ischemic stroke feasibility study. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research work of the ischemic stroke target protein regulatory network, especially the effect of ubiquitination (SUMOylation) on stroke treatment and recovery.
