Main research directions: 1. Transcriptome research: statistical gene expression from transcriptome level, prediction of new transcripts, identification of alternative splicing, screening of differential genes, and GO annotation and Pathway enrichment analysis; Research: From the genomic level to study the structural variation in the coding region and UTR region related to disease and population evolution, combined with public databases to better explain the association and pathogenic mechanism between the resulting variant structures; 3. Noncoding RNA (ncRNA) Research: ncRNA is an important class of in vivo regulatory molecules, including miRNA, piRNA, siRNA and lncRNA. They regulate gene expression at the DNA level, RNA level and protein level, thereby regulating cell growth, differentiation, and important biological processes such as ontogenesis and reproduction.

■Main academic achievements:
1. Independently discovered the linkage disequilibrium of the 8p23 inverted polymorphic region;
2. Participated in the discovery of the polymorphism of the EPAS1 gene associated with hypoxia adaptation in the Tibetan Plateau;
So far, more than 30 research papers have been published in the International SCI Academic Journal. Selected (the seventh batch) Jiangxi young scientists training program, selected (seventh batch) Jiangxi middle school young and middle-aged teachers.
